We all get the blues from time to time and there are a few super easy things to do that will snap you back into a better mood almost immediately.

1 - Retail Therapy!

If you are a guy and the shoes do it, tear it up! Or you could just blow 50 bucks on a bottle beer made by monks and drink it with your hipster bro's.

2 - Get Moving
get-off-the-couchGet your ass out of bed or off the couch and DO SOMETHING. Clean that room or closet that you've been avoiding. Once you've finished, you'll feel good about getting it done.

3 - Pay Attention To Yourself
pay-attentionTake a nice long bubble bath or hot shower. Slap on a little makeup. Fix your hair. Maybe shave your legs. Trim up you're wookie. Just because you might not be getting any doesn't mean a fresh clean beaver won't make you feel better. It can be your little secret.
If you're a guy, try going to one of those full service barber shops and get a nice hot shave and scalp massage!

4 - Wear Something That Makes You Feel Sexy

For the guys, try wearing something other than a graphic tee and your skinny jeans.

5 - Have An Orgasm
